The Rackésmillen mill

Behind these renovations is an ambitious project on the economic, social, sustainable and tourist level for the region. From June 2022, Rackèsmillen will be able to welcome locals as well as travelers for an authentic gastronomic experience and stay.

Thus, the main building will house a restaurant as well as a little inn comprising 6 rooms for a total capacity of 16 to 18 people.  The adjoining building, Al Molkerei, will be transformed into a group accommodation.

The mill remains an integral part of the project. Visits can be organized as well as activities around the flour manufacturing process.
